Our policy during the Covid 19 quarantine

While we are an interior design company and do not want to add our voice to the current noise surrounding the epidemic we did want to share a few things with our customers during this time.

Our online store is currently operational and we are following the government guidelines on hygiene during our warehousing and shipping process. If you have fears about receiving goods by courier during this time we would like to refer you to this excellent article in El Pais.

Regarding our current online content on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, our website and our VIP newsletter: we feel that during the period of quarantine it’s important that our customers can switch off from the Coronavirus crisis and so we will be following our original marketing plan during this period. We hope we can provide some much-needed escapism through our content and so while we have posted briefly about the #youmequedoencasa campaign, we will not be commenting much more on the situation.

We are not ignoring the reality of the day, we simply feel that we are an interior design company and online store, and we should stick to what we know, which is creating beautiful content and sharing our inspirations and design ideas with our clients.

We will also not be using the Covid-19 crisis as a marketing angle in any of our content. We feel this is deeply disrespectful to those currently affected by the epidemic.

We wish all of our customers and followers our very best wishes for them and their families and ´mucho animo’ at this time. We would also like to send our appreciation and gratitude to the health service professionals working so hard to help those in need during the crisis.
