Our company policy during the quarantine by Covid-19

As we are an interior design company and because we don't want to add our voice to the noise surrounding the current epidemic, we want to share some important points for us with our clients.

Our Online Store is still operational today and we are following the government guidelines on hygiene for storage and transport processes. If you are worried about parcel deliveries during this period, we want you to read this excellent article from El País for more information.

Regarding our current online content on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, our website and our VIP newsletter: we believe that during the quarantine period it is important for our customers to be able to disconnect from the coronavirus crisis and therefore we will continue with our marketing campaigns planned for the coming months. We hope to be able to provide a much-needed escape with our content and for this reason, although we have already made posts joining the #stayathome campaign, we will not comment much further on the situation.

We don't want to ignore the daily reality, we just think that we are an interior design company and an online store, and we should stick to what we know, which is to create beautiful content and share our inspiration and design ideas with our community.

Nor will we use the Covid-19 crisis as a marketing hook in our content. We think that would be grossly disrespectful to those affected by the epidemic.

We send our best wishes to all our customers and followers, for them and their families, and much encouragement! We would also like to express our appreciation and gratitude to healthcare professionals, who are working so hard to help those affected by this crisis.
